Write the script with Claude. Open it in Kineo Studio with one click.
The Kineo connector gives Claude two tools: one reads Kineo's current plans, trial and video engines, and one saves the script you approved and returns a link that opens Kineo Studio with the script, length, frame and engine already filled in. The connector never renders a video, never creates an account and never charges anything — you decide in Studio.
Add it to Claude
Remote MCP server URL (Streamable HTTP, no sign-in):

- Choose Add custom connector, name it Kineo and paste the URL above. Leave the authentication fields empty — the connector does not use a login.
- In a chat, enable Kineo from the tools menu and ask for a script. When you approve it, ask Claude to send it to Kineo.
Works on any Claude plan that supports custom connectors, and in other clients that speak MCP over Streamable HTTP. Use the www address exactly as shown.

Each button opens a new Claude chat with the request already typed in. Review it and press send. Claude uses Kineo only if you have added the connector with the steps above and turned it on in that chat; otherwise it answers without Kineo.

Returns Kineo's current product facts as published on usekineo.com: subscription plans with USD prices and monthly credits, the free trial for new accounts, video engines with the credits each one costs, business video ad options, and what Kineo is not suited for. Read-only. Use it when the user asks about Kineo's pricing, plans, credits, trial, engines or capabilities. The optional topic narrows the result (overview, plans, engines, business or all).

create_video_handoff
Saves an approved narration script on Kineo and returns a link (https://www.usekineo.com/go/...) that opens Kineo Studio with the script, duration, frame and engine already filled in. Use it when the user asks to send a finished script to Kineo. This tool does not create an account, render a video or charge anything: the link stays valid for 7 days, and nothing is made until the person opens it and chooses to create the video in their own Kineo account. Script: plain text, up to 5000 characters; section labels on their own line (HOOK:, MICRO REWARD:, ESCALATION:, PAYOFF:) are optional and are not narrated. Narration pace is about 3.1 spoken words per second on standard engines (fast = Kineo 1, seedance = Seedance 1.5, kling = Kling 2.5, veo = Veo 3.1), about 186 words for 60 seconds, and about 2.3 on premium engines (hollywood = Kling 3, h3 = MiniMax H3), about 138 words for 60 seconds. The response includes words (the server's count of spoken words, labels excluded), outcome.kind (at_target or shorter_film) with outcomeMessage, and the link. Invalid input returns an error that names what to change, such as the maximum spoken words for the chosen duration.
What happens after the link
The link shows the saved script. People without a Kineo account sign up first and come straight back to it; then Studio opens pre-filled and waits. Creating the video is a separate step the person takes in their own Kineo account, under that account's plan and credits. The link works for 7 days, and scripts can be up to 5,000 characters. Data handling
kineo_facts stores nothing. create_video_handoff stores only what it receives — the script, length, frame, engine, language and optional title — plus a one-way hash of the calling IP address and the user agent, used for rate limiting. It does not receive or store your Claude conversation, memory or files. Details in the privacy policy.
